BEST PAPERS: The authors of the
Best Papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers after the
conference to the Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These extended versions
might be published in the WSEAS Journals after the conference with additional
review. This very limited number of high-quality papers will be announced in the
Post Conference Report
of the
Conference.
No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in WSEAS Journals,
regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally, they will be required
to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for the organizing committee to
mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM proceedings, and one volume of the
hard-copy proceedings.

HISTORY
OF THIS WSEAS CONFERENCE
The 3 conferences ECC, F-and-B, CI are organized in
parallel each year since 2007 always under the
responsibility of the University that hosts the
conferences.
The University that hosts and sponsors the conferences
is also responsible for the final program and for the
review of the papers.
The WSEAS started with the first joint conferences
ECC, F-and-B, CI in Athens, Greece in September of 2007 with
much success. In 2007 the F-and-B and CI were simply
parts of ECC. The organizers continued these highly
attended conferences also in Malta in September 2007 and
continued in the Iv.Javakhishvili Tbilisi State
University, in Tblisi, Georgia. See:

The ECC, the F-and-B, and the CI are going to be held
this year
in Bucharest, Romania under the support of Facultaea
IMST, Universitatea Politehnica, Bucharest, Romania.

of this WSEAS Conference
The 3 conferences ECC, F-and-B, CI are the internationally recognized Forum
for the dissemination of the latest advances of on
Mathematics, Numerical Methods, Artificial Intelligence,
Computational Intelligence, Soft Computing, Soft
Control, Parallel Computing, Computers, Scientific
Computation, Systems Theory etc.... The
various WSEAS conferences on these fields have been successfully
held each year since 1996 and have produced more than 250
volumes of Proceedings while the best papers and the
invited papers after extension and after peer review
from 4 international referees, are published in WSEAS
