A falsified and forged "letter of acceptance"

With great sadness, anger and resentment we found by Google
a web page by the crook and forger "Professor CHROBAK:

Frankly, we can not understand for what reason this forger:
"Professor CHROBAK"
falsified and counterfeited the letter of acceptance regarding
a real original article  with a nonsense paper

To WSEAS took really a different article 643-254.pdf entitled
«Short-Term Hydrothermal Generation Scheduling Model Using a Genetic Algorithm»

download it from the address http://www.wseas.us/conferences/2010/coimbatore/icnvs/643-254.pdf

This paper «Short-Term Hydrothermal Generation Scheduling Model Using a Genetic Algorithm» was really accepted.

But, Mr. Chrobak falsified, forged the original letter of acceptance
replacing inside the genuine letter of acceptance
the title of the original paper with another title
and projecting in his web page another PDF file with the ID number of the real paper 643-254

The file 643-254.pdf that we have is this (click here)

and does not have any relation with the stupid PDF that Mr. Chrobak presents now in his counterfeit web page

To WSEAS will take all the appropriate legal action against Mr Chrobak, but first of all wants to present the truth in the
academic community.

Really, the WSEAS has never published and never accepted Junk papers

It is very easy for everybody to say that he has an accepted fake paper in a Publishing House.

The difficult is to show a Book or a Conference Proceedings or even a Journal (printed) from
this Publishing House with the supposed "fake" paper.

For example you can find many stories for "IEEE Fake Papers" using Google.

Are these stories true? I do not think so.

I could believe them, only, if somebody show the printed Book or even the printed Program of the Conference

If somebody wants to find Junk papers, he must search them in other Publishing Houses
(maybe, in the Publishing Houses that Mr. Chrobak uses to publish his papers)

many Thanks
