BEST PAPERS: The authors of the Best Papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers after the conference to the Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These extended versions might be published in the WSEAS Journals after the conference with additional review. This very limited number of high-quality papers will be announced in the Post-Conference report of the Conference.
No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in WSEAS Journals, regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally, they will be required to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for the organizing committee to mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM proceedings, and one volume of the hard-copy proceedings.

The objective of the meeting is to provide a forum for discussion of these opportunities and problems among researchers, engineers, planners, decision-makers, consultants and other professionals interested in the contribution of geosciences and geo-information to environmental management, land preservation, remediation and sustainable development. The conference offers to the Engineers and Scientists working on various areas of Earth’s materials and resources, Earth’s dynamics, Geo-environmental planning and management, Environmental remediation, Geo-information sources a unique forum for establishing new colleaborations within present or upcoming research projects, exchanging useful ideas, presenting recent research results, participating in discussions and establishing new academic collaborations, linking university with the industry. The WSEAS Headquarters is also a Research Institute (See also:http://www.worldses.org/research/index.html ) and we call everybody to contact us and join us in our Research. Participation in International Projects on Environmental Research, Environmental Engineering, Geology and applications of Geoscience in Civil Engineering and Agriculture.
