Brief Biography of the Speaker:
Gabriella Bognar received the M.Sc. in Mechanical
Engineering from University of Miskolc, Miskolc,
Hungary, the Ph.D. in Mathematics and 'Candidate' of
Math. Sciences from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
She is presently a Professor at the Department of
Analysis, University of Miskolc, Hungary.
Her teaching and research interests are in the areas of
ordinary and partial differential equations, analysis,
and complex functions.
Gabriella Bognar has published 5 books, and over 70
papers. She has been reviewer of Mathematical Reviews.
She is on the editorial board of Mathematical Notes,
Miskolc.
