Professor in Automation of
Machines and Technological
Processes and Professor degree in
Machine and Process Control at TU
Ostrava – Czech Republic. From
1973 he is working at the Tomas
Bata University in Zlin, first as
an assistant, later as an
associated professor and from 2003
as a professor in the area of
computer control systems,
real-time programming control
applications on the basis of
microprocessors. He works at this
university from 1990 as a head of
automatic control department, from
2006 up to the present day as a
dean of Faculty of Applied
Informatics. His research interest
includes microcomputers problems -
hardware, software, real-time
software and deterministic
discrete automatic control theory
applicable in the microcomputers
measurement and control systems.
He is the author of more than 200
scientific papers and a monograph.
He is a coeditor or member of the
editorial board or scientific
committee of number of scientific
conferences. Member of the DAAAM,
participated in many WSEAS
Conferences in Proceedings and
Transactions.
