HISTORY OF THIS WSEAS CONFERENCE:
The 16th WSEAS International Conference on CIRCUITS is part of the WSEAS CSCC (Circuits-Systems-Communications-Computers) Multiconference that is organized every year by WSEAS with great success and gathers a very big number of papers. The conference offers to the Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Applied Mathematics Community a great forum for presenting recent research results, participating in discussions for several research projects and establishing new academic collaborations and linking university with the industry. It was held in 1996 and 1998 in Piraeus (Greece); in 1999 in Athens (Greece); in 2000 in Vouliagmeni, Athens, Greece; in 2001 and 2002 in Rethymno, Greece; in 2003 in Corfu, Greece; in 2004, 2005, 2006 in Vouliagmeni, Athens, Greece. In 2007, the conference was held in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, Greece, while in 2008 this multiconference attracted 800 people and was held in Heraklion, Crete. In 2009, this Conference took place in Crete again. In 2010 and 2011, CSCC Multiconference was held in Corfu Island in Greece, while in 2012 in Kos Island.

All the WSEAS conferences are organized by Universities or sponsored by Universities. Responsible of the review of the papers are the organizing universities that host or sponsor the event in collaboration with the  international scientific committee.
