WSEAS E-Library is free for our authors: If you have published an article in our journals or conferences in the last 2 years, send us an email and we will provide you with a username and password; usernames/passwords are valid for 24 months now.
If you have not published at least one article in the last 2 years, you will have to pay an annual subscription fee: 100 euros/year.
