were held in Miami from April 21-23, 2004 with great success.

It was a cross-disciplinary multiconference of our society with several new ideas, important contributions and high level discussions among famous scientists from all over the world.
The father and creator of Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Systems' Science and Technology, Prof. Lotfi Zadeh, Life Fellow member of WSEAS (from the conference of 2002 in Mexico) was for third time honorary personality in a WSEAS Conference. The previous two ones were in Athens in 1999 and in Cancun in 2002. Prof. Zadeh presented an impressive plenary lecture (130 pages). Download it from http://www.worldses.org/zadeh2004.zip

The best papers (after strict selection) were also published in the WSEAS Trans. on SYSTEMS, Issue 2, Vol. 3, April 2004. This great special issue will be a valuable source of knowledge and inspiration for future research in every branch of computational intelligence.
