JOURNALS:
BEST PAPERS: The authors
of the Best Papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers
after the conference to the Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These
extended versions might be published in the WSEAS Journals after the
conference with additional review. This very limited number of high-quality
papers will be announced in the
Post-Conference report of the Conference.
No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in WSEAS
Journals, regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally, they will
be required to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for the
organizing committee to mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM
proceedings, and the hard-copy proceedings.

Scope of
the WSEAS Conference on ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEMS, HIGH VOLTAGES, ELECTRIC
MACHINES:
The World Conference of WSEAS on Electric Power Systems, High Voltages and
Electric Machines is the internationally recognised Forum for the
dissemination of the latest advances on Power Technology, Electric Energy
Systems, High Voltages Engineering, Electric Machines as well as in Electric
Energy Distribution, Renewable Energy, Environmental Aspects
and so on. The various WSEAS conferences on
Energy has been successfully held each year since 2000 and has produced more
than 15 volumes of Proceedings while the best papers and the invited papers
after extension and after peer review from 4 international referees, are
published in WSEAS Journals covered
by all the major scientific
indeces.
The 7th WSEAS International Conference on Electric Power Systems,
High Voltages and Electric Machines aims to
disseminate the latest research and applications in the afore mentioned
fields. The range of topics covered are listed on the
Call
For Papers.
The friendliness and openness of the WSEAS conferences, adds to their
ability to grow by constantly attracting young researchers.
The WSEAS International Conference on Electric Power Systems, High
Voltages and Electric Machines attracts a large
number of well-established and leading researchers in all the areas of Power
Engineering.
The meetings have always had a special appeal to young researchers and are
characterised by a friendly atmosphere in which delegates at different
stages of their careers can talk to each other. Engineers and scientists
within the areas of electric machines, electric energy systems, high-voltage
technology, energy analysis, environmental planning and renewable energy
sources but also within the areas of photometry,
instrumentation, electrical economy will benefit from attending the meeting.
As a conclusion, the conference offers to the engineers and
scientists a unique forum for establishing new collaborations within
present or upcoming research projects, exchanging useful ideas, presenting
recent research results, participating in discussions and establishing new
academic collaborations, linking university with the industry.
