JOURNALS:
BEST PAPERS: The authors of the Best Papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers after the conference to the Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These extended versions might be published in the WSEAS Journals after the conference with additional review. This very limited number of high-quality papers will be announced in the Post-Conference report of the Conference.

No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in WSEAS Journals, regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally, they will be required to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for the organizing committee to mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM proceedings, and the hard-copy proceedings.

STUDENTS COMPETITION:

History of the Conference:
The 1st, the 2nd and the 3rd took place in Vouliagmeni, Greece in December of 2002, 2003 and 2004 correspondingly. The 4th NOLASC took place in Sofia, Bulgaria in October of 2005 while the 5th NOLASC in Bucharest, Romania in 2006. The 6th WSEAS NOLASC was held in Arcachon of France in October of 2007. The 7th WSEAS NOLASC taked place in Corfu Island of Greece in October of 2008.The 8th WSEAS NOLASC will held on La Laguna, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, 2009.

All the previous NOLASC conferences received considerable attendance among researchers and practitioners and had great success and tremendous participation from all over the world. See: www.wseas.org/reports
