BEST PAPERS: The authors of the Best Papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers after the conference to the Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These extended versions might be published in the WSEAS Journals after the conference with additional review. This very limited number of high-quality papers will be announced in the Post Conference Report of the Conference.
No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in WSEAS Journals, regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally, they will be required to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for the organizing committee to mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM proceedings, and one volume of the hard-copy proceedings.

HISTORY
OF THIS WSEAS CONFERENCE
In the beginning, this conference was part the WSEAS
International Conference on MATHEMATICAL METHODS AND
COMPUTATIONAL TECHNIQUES IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (MMACTEE),
which was held in:
- Athens ,Greece, July 1998.
- Vouliagmeni, Greece, December of 2001, 2002, 2003.
- Sofia, Bulgaria, October, 2005.
- Bucharest, Romania, October, 2006
- Arcachon, France, October, 2007.
However, in 2008, the organizers elevated it to
independent conference. So, the 10th (MAMECTIS)
Conference was held in Corfu, Greece in October of 2008,
while in 2009 the University of La Laguna, Tenerife, Spain,
organized the 11th MAMECTIS. The
12th MAMECTIS is going to be held now in
Sousse, Tunisia in May of 2010.

Scope
of this WSEAS Conference
The
Conference MAMECTIS is the internationally recognized Forum
for the dissemination of the latest advances of on
Dynamical Systems and Control and is the common point of
mathematicians that work on Applied Mathematics,
Mathematical Physics, Computer Science and Intelligent
Systems. The
various WSEAS conferences on Applied Mathematics, Systems and Control have been successfully
held each year since 1996 and have produced more than 250
volumes of Proceedings while the best papers and the
invited papers after extension and after peer review
from 4 international referees, are published in WSEAS
Journals covered
by all the
major scientific indexes.
This WSEAS International Conference aims to disseminate
the latest research and applications in the afore
