BEST PAPERS: The authors of the Best Papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers after the conference to the Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These extended versions might be published in the WSEAS Journals after the conference with additional review. This very limited number of high-quality papers will be announced in the Post Conference Report of the Conference.
No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in WSEAS Journals, regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally, they will be required to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for the organizing committee to mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM proceedings, and one volume of the hard-copy proceedings.

HISTORY
OF THIS WSEAS CONFERENCE
The 3 conferences RES, EPESE and WWAI are organized in
parallel each year since 2007 always under the
responsibility of the University that hosts the
conferences.
The University that hosts and sponsors the conferences
is also responsible for the final program and for the
review of the papers.
The WSEAS started with the first joint conferences RES,
EPESE and WWAI in Arcachon, France in October 2007 with
much success. The organizers continued these highly
attended conferences also in Corfu, Greece in October
2008 with great success and with tremendous
participation from all over the world. See:
www.wseas.org/reports
They continued in La Laguna, Tenerife, Canary Islands,
Spain, July 1-3, 2009 with host and sponsor the
University of La Laguna.
The 4th RES, 4th EPESE and 4th WWAI are going to be held now in
Sousse, Tunisia in May of 2010.
Other titles of previous relevant Conferences of the
Society on Energy, Renewable Energy, Hydrology, Fluids,
Heat and Mass Transfer, Aerodynamics, Environment,

Scope
of this WSEAS Conference
The 3 conferences RES, EPESE and WWAI are the internationally recognized Forum
for the dissemination of the latest advances of Energy,
Renewable Energy, Hydrology, Fluids, Heat and Mass
Transfer, Aerodynamics, Environment, Pollution, Waste
Management, Water Pollution, Air Pollution, Indoor
Climate, Energy Planning, Energy Saving, Environmental
Education etc.... The
various WSEAS conferences on these fields have been successfully
held each year since 2004 and have produced more than 50
volumes of Proceedings while the best papers and the
invited papers after extension and after peer review
from 4 international referees, are published in WSEAS
Journals covered
by all the
major scientific indexes.
This WSEAS International Conference aims to disseminate
the latest research and applications in the afore
mentioned fields. The range of topics covered are listed
on the
Call For Papers. The friendliness and openness of
the WSEAS conferences, adds to their ability to grow by
constantly attracting young researchers.
This WSEAS International Conference attracts each year a
large number of well-established and leading researchers
in the aforementioned areas as well as their Modern and
Advanced Applications in our Real Life.
The
meetings have always had a special appeal to young
researchers and are characterized by a friendly
atmosphere in which delegates at different stages of
their careers can talk to each other. Scientists within
all the areas of
Energy, Renewable Energy, Hydrology, Fluids, Heat and
Mass Transfer, Aerodynamics, Environment, Pollution,
Waste Management, Water Pollution, Air Pollution, Indoor
Climate, Energy Planning, Energy Saving, Environmental
Education
will
benefit from attending the meeting. As a conclusion, the
conference offers to the engineers and scientists a
unique forum for establishing new collaborations within
present or upcoming research projects, exchanging useful
ideas, presenting recent research results, participating
in discussions and establishing new academic
collaborations, linking university with the industry.
