  1. I wish to organize a special session, what must I do?

Contact WSEAS first to receive the approval for this session.

If WSEAS approves your proposal, you have to create a "Call For Papers" for your session Write clearly the TITLES and the TOPICS of your SPECIAL SESSION and the Scientific Committee (3 members only) of your SPECIAL SESSION. The Session Organizers are entitled free registration, provided that the WSEAS Secretariat will receive 5 full registrations for that session. That means that for every 5 registered papers in a Session, WSEAS gives one registration free (the registration of the session organizer).

  3. I use different word processor (LaTeX for example), how can I achieve your requirements for the submission of the paper?

You must regulate your own word processor in order to have the same printing result as the result that we wish. More details at the conference Web page (see Instructions).
Especially if you are a LaTeX user, please, write your paper in 2-columns format and single-spaced. The title, authors affiliation, email, Abstract and Keywords must be in one column format above the rest of the paper (single-spaced also).
Then, you must convert the LaTeX file into PostScript file (.ps) using the software package of LaTeX that you use. (If you don't know how, ask a member of your team, a collague or your provider of LaTeX software).
You will upload this .ps file via the conference web page. This is beacuse, we do not accept directly LaTeX files, but indirectly as PostScript (.ps) files.
