Title of the Paper: A Statistical Measure of Educational Disparities Due to Zero Tolerance Policies

Abstract: We use the disproportion statistic to quantify the differences among ethnic groups and school settings. Patterns of disciplinary actions in four school settings, Non–Title I Non–Charter, Non–Title I Charter, Title I Non–Charter, and Title I Charter schools are examined. Analysis is based on the most recent data provided by the U. S. Office of Civil Rights. The importance of this research is that it is one of the first studies to show that not only are there differences in disparities due to zero tolerance policies among ethnic groups, but there exists statistically significant differences in disparities among school settings as well.

Title of the Paper: Real-Time Control of Synchronous Generator in Island Mode Based on LabVIEW Software for Education Purpose

Abstract: In the last decades, Personal Computers are becoming powerful with acceptable prices. This has conduct in emergent requests for very sophisticated applications, which not only offer reliable simulations for the dynamic systems, but also to generate codes for real-time control of the electric drives. In this paper is presented a virtual system for monitoring and control of a salient-pole synchronous generator. This synchronous generator is connected to a DC motor acting as a turbine. The system is able to control the motor speed and the voltage of the generator stator windings. It consists of a portable PC and a Desktop PC connected in host/target configuration. The application is created in the LabVIEW environment. This system is fully available for the master degree students of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Tirana and recommended as a low cost alternative for education purpose.

Title of the Paper: Unsupervised Clustering Evaluation on Services of Public Library

Abstract: This assignment examines the evaluation’s case of public libraries services. For this purpose ISOstandards indexes were used, which we adjusted to the indexes of MOPAB (Total Quality Unit of Academic Libraries). Overall, we used seven indexes. This assignment’s aim was for these indexes to be globally assessed using an expert’s opinion. The formulation of the above is made by an unsupervised clustering classification, which is implemented by the K-Means algorithm. This implementation’s results indicated that the success rate exceeded 99%. These results show that this method is valid and can be used for the assessment. The above purposes can definitely be achieved too.

Title of the Paper: Literary Device within Vocational Training

Abstract: This article is aimed at the creation of literary devices. Readers states in training methodology that is being essential practical skill and expertise. It also describes a literary guide for specialized training of the field Hairdresser. Furthermore, Hairdressing industry as a whole, the characteristics of the subject of training and graduate profile. is It deal with the personality and the role of teachers of practical education. It explain to you the importance of literary devices and characterize educational resources. The practical part contains auxiliary teaching material, which includes information on the hair dye. There are different technological methods described hair coloring unit. I work I have added photographs and survey research using questionnaire. Results of the survey show that the materials currently used in practical education are inadequate. Furthermore, the relationship of teachers to individual students should also improve , teachers should pay individual attention to their students.

Title of the Paper: Mechanical Problems of Faired Tricycles: Investigation of Features Using Smartphones (Low Consumption Electrical Vehicles Eco Marathon)

Abstract: The choices involved in designing a road-ready streamlined electric recumbent bicycle are numerous (tyres, suspension, centre of gravity, brakes, lighting, etc.). The fairing offers protection from poor weather conditions and improves the aerodynamics but increases the mass by 20 kg. This weight of the fuselage and an average speed of 50 km/h requires motorization. The vehicle’s range is defined by the energy required by a given motor as a function of road grades and average speed. Vehicle performance profiling requires instrumentation and recordings that can be achieved with a simple smartphone (lux meter, deceleration brakes, acceleration suspension, GPS and power, acoustic noise). The mechanical and electrical characterization is presented in this article with the aim of identifying the limits and possibilities of the vehicle. This article demonstrates that the realization of a low-energy vehicle is an excellent teaching tool that can be reintroduced into everyday life on any vehicle.

Title of the Paper: A Novel Web-Based Laboratory for Remote Control of Power Lighting Processes

Abstract: The novel Web-Based Laboratory (WBL) presented in this paper is a multimedia framework for engineering education practice. It is designed and built for remote control of power lighting processes via Internet. The real lighting plant consists of : fluorescent lamps associated with dimmable electronic ballasts, a controllable lighting disturbance, a working space for visual activities, a light sensor, two wireless IP video cameras, and an Ethernet multifunction data acquisition board. In addition, a wireless router is used as a centralized access point for local IP equipments (wireless Internet link, web server computer, data acquisition board). For the sake of easy implementation of automated control tasks, Labview is used as an integrated tool for building the digital control software. From a virtual instrumentation panel of the application software, a variety of experiments could be remotely conducted via Internet. A sample of experimental results obtained and captured by independent authorized remote users operating from Cameroon and from France are presented. These results show the effectiveness of the proposed WBL, for remote experimentation of most control engineering concepts (e.g. open loop test, input time delay, PC-based PID controller, stability, and robustness), from anywhere in the world wide web via Internet.

Title of the Paper: Disclosure of User’s Profile in Personalized Search for Enhanced Privacy

Abstract: Personalized Web Search (PWS) is a search technique for providing better search results, viewing user history, and has been enticing much responsiveness recently. However, effective personalized search requires gathering and accumulating user data, which often raise severe concerns of privacy intrusion for many users. These concerns have become one of the key barriers for organizing personalized search applications, and how to do privacy preserving search is a prodigious challenge. Indeed, evidences show that users’ unwillingness to disclose their private data throughout search has become a major obstacle for the PWS. Sensitive User data is unprotected in the database records. In this paper, examining the issue of privacy preservation in personalized search and representing stages of privacy preservation. Encoding Algorithm is used for encoding the users’ profile data & it is mapped by unique alphanumeric identity using random unique identity generator algorithm. User identity to server is fully disclosed and privacy is preserved in web search without negotiating both personalization and privacy.
